This sleek 1-bedroom A-frame blends modern design with cozy comfort. The space includes a full kitchen, bathroom, loft sleeping area accessed by a spiral staircase, indoor fireplace, roll-down projector for perfect indoor movie nights, comfortable seating, and a private deck overlooking the river—ideal for slow mornings and relaxed evenings. Guests have full private access to the A-frame treehouse via a keypad lock, including the private deck and all indoor amenities. You'll park just steps from the entrance, with an EV charger available on the property. In winter, 4WD or AWD is highly recommended due to Vermont’s snowy conditions and the hill in our driveway. While your treehouse is fully private, some amenities—including the hot tub, sauna, and river access—are shared with a small number of other guests. These amenities are typically used on a first-come, first-served basis and are rarely crowded. We provide high-speed WiFi (via Starlink), and the space is best suited for 1–2 adults. Please note the loft is accessed via a spiral staircase and may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges.
